But if I were to take this away from the King James language and bring it into a modern translation, it would read, “... if I will no open the windows of heaven for you. ” That’s what we expect to read. That’s what we expect to happen, But could it be that the windows of heaven aren’t up there, but down here within us? After all, the passage continues, ”...
