It is also evident that both areas need more precise information about who to contact in the other area. Both domains would benefit if roles and responsibilities were defined better, an issue that has been highlighted with the widespread adaption of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) (Cater-Steel et al. 2009; Iden 2010).
