07. Territory, Term, and Termination. The Distributor shall have the right to sell the edition in the following territory: _____________________________ for a period of _______ years from the date first set forth above. The term shall automatically renew for additional one-year periods unless notice of termination is given by either party thirty days in advance of the renewal commencement. The Distributor’s right shall be exclusive only with respect to the sale of the edition described in Paragraph 2, and the Artist shall remain free to create and sell artwork of any kind.
13. Heirs and Assigns. This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives, and references to the Artist and the Purchaser shall include their heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives. 14. Integration. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties. Its terms can be modified only by an instrument in writing signed by both parties. 15. Waivers.
