07. Territory, Term, and Termination. The Distributor shall have the right to sell the edition in the following territory: _____________________________ for a period of _______ years from the date first set forth above. The term shall automatically renew for additional one-year periods unless notice of termination is given by either party thirty days in advance of the renewal commencement.
